This bookmark was given to me by my fellow friend of mine in couple of months ago. The design was simple and easy peasy to stitch. It just a stalk of tulip. She bought the kit while she is in China and courier it to me. I diligently stitch the pattern right after it has been unsealed. I am so excited to get the bookmark kit. The kit was a bit odd to me. It has translucent plastic wrap that stick at the back of the cloth. I hope everyone can see it on the photo that I enclosed. I am not sure how Chinese did their cross stitching. I was not told to taking off the plastic. So, what I did was just stitched the pattern on the cloth and neglect the ‘thing’. It was weird when u had to stitch in such a way. Okay, done with the kit description and now the adventure begins. I start stitching by leaving some boxes down below. I don’t count as always. After of non-stop stitching, I was shocked. It seems that I don’t have enough space on the up north of the cloth. That means I have to shrink the pattern so that it can be fit onto the bookmark cloth. What a day *sigh*. Just Cross stitch bookmark
because of that reason alone, I was pulling off from continuing sewing the pattern. Until this posting was made, I still don’t have the yearn to start where it has been left off. I was really upset. If this doesn’t happen, it will take only a day to finish it all. I hope somebody can nag me in order for me to continue stitching this pattern.
